In smokers’ opinion, smoking effect is the psychological hypnotic. But what is it actually? There is nothing. Actually there are a lot of effects than psychological hypnotic; i. e. undermines the body. Whether the smokers smoke slowly or quickly, the effects will undermine their body. First of all are the lungs, then the heart.

Smoking can have relation to the cancer. If you still have an opinion continuing your smoking, please pay attention that smoking in long-term can cause some effects. It can be the mouth and gum cancer. If your throat is infected, it can cause throat cancer. You can notice it in loss of voice.

Many people still enjoy smoking. Smoking is their routines. They do not realize what the smoking effects are. One of the smoking effects is If you are physically active but visibly loss your body’s resistance.

Nicotine in cigarettes actually is a hidden cancer. People who have been smoking more than 20 years can feel this effect. Most of them have difficulties to stop smoking.

The young starts smoking, the more difficult to stop, the greater the risk of cancer is exposed to tuberculoses. As the proverb says, “Always regret coming back”, 70 % of adult smokers wish they never started to smoke. Well, how about you?
